Refund policy

CHANGE OF MIND OR ERROR
We are unable to accept returned stock that is due to change of mind or error in ordering as we cannot be sure if the products have been adulterated or opened.

Once the original stock is returned and assessed, we can send replacement products, if the products have been damaged or faulty.

  1. Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a return, the honey condiment must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    • Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
    • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required for all returns.
  2. Return Process:

    • Please contact our customer service team either by phone or email to initiate the return process. Provide them with your order details and reason for the return.
    • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA). This number must be clearly written on the package being returned.
    • Pack the honey condiment securely to avoid any damage during transit.
    • Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
  3. Inspection and Refunds:

    • Once we receive the returned honey condiment, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
    • If the product is found to be eligible for a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Refunds will typically be issued within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
    • Please note that any original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
  4. Exchanges:

    • We do not offer direct exchanges for returned honey condiment. If you wish to exchange your product for a different item, please follow the return process mentioned above and place a new order for the desired item separately.
  5. Damaged or Defective Products:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective honey condiment, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly, which may involve a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
