Tasmanian Perfume Honey

Leatherwood Honey is one of Australia’s rarest and best honey with a clean and fresh, very balsamic flavor with lightly spicy notes. It is also known as Tasmanian Leatherwood honey as it is produced only in Tasmania.

Leatherwood honey has smooth texture and is ochre-yellow in color. It has an intense aroma with notes of clean fresh notes of white flowers and citrus fruits.

It tastes creamy buttery and melts in the mouth.

Leatherwood can be used to enhance the flavour of your tea, cheese boards, baking and marinading.

Note: Avoid giving raw honey — even a tiny taste — to babies under age 1.
