Shipping and handling charges for all goods ordered through our website for shipping to a single Australian mailing address (except Western Australia) are a minimum of $10.
If you would like to purchase goods for shipment outside of Australia, please send us an email info@ambergoldhoney.com. Please note that import restrictions may not allow honey to be imported to your country.
Your order should be dispatched within 3 working days once we have received your payment and all information required. If stock is not available, we will contact you and advice a similar product.
Please send us an e-mail us if you wish to place an order to multiple addresses within Australia.
We use Australia Post for delivery to all areas of Australia (except Western Australia) and should be delivered within 7 working days. However delivery can take longer to some parts of Australia.
During busy public holidays such as Christmas and New Year, delays in delivery can occur. To ensure your orders delivered in time, we must receive your order 2 weeks prior to Christmas or New Year.
Please make sure that delivery address and post code are correct as we cannot be responsible for non delivery due to an incorrect address provided. This will also apply in the event of extreme weather or other events out of our control.

CHANGE OF MIND OR ERROR
We are unable to accept returned stock that is due to change of mind or error in ordering as we cannot be sure if the products have been adulterated or opened.Once the original stock is returned and assessed, we can send replacement products, if the products have been damaged or faulty.
